Who is Keystone for?
Keystone is for B2B companies and founders who use a podcast to reach the clients they want, build authority in their field and win business. If your show has a business purpose, we can help you produce it.
How much does podcast production cost?
Keystone packages run from $190 to $1,405 per episode. The price depends on whether you want audio or video, how many short form clips you need, how much written content goes with each episode and how much of the running of the show you want us to handle.
I'm not sure what I need. Where should I start?
Start small. Twelve weekly audio episodes on our Pilot package costs $2,280 in total. At week twelve we review three things together: can you keep up with recording, do you have enough to say and are you enjoying it. If the answer is yes, we build out with video, clips and strategy.
Do I need a video podcast?
Not to start. Video helps your show get found on YouTube and gives you clips for social, so most of our clients add it once the show has found its rhythm. Our Connect package and above include an edited video podcast.
What is AEO?
AEO stands for answer engine optimisation. It means writing show notes and blogs so your expertise is easier to find through AI led search tools as well as traditional search engines.
Are there any setup costs?
Pilot, Connect and Authority have no separate setup cost. Pipeline includes a one time launch setup covering platform setup, branded intro motion graphics, an audio intro, cover art and documented workflows. It is scoped separately from the per episode price.
Do you guarantee leads or rankings?
No. Each package is designed around a business goal such as discoverability, authority or lead generation, but leads and search visibility are not guaranteed. Scope, recording cadence, platforms and approvals are agreed before kickoff.
